Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobile Crisis Intervention Team Lead to join our team. This role will involve leading a team of crisis intervention specialists, providing direct supervision and consultation, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of crisis intervention specialists, providing direct supervision and consultation to ensure the highest level of service delivery
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of crisis intervention specialists
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication
  • Provide crisis intervention services to individuals in need, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of crisis intervention services, making recommendations for improvement as needed

Requirements

  • Masters degree in a related field (e.g. social work, psychology, counseling)
  • Three years of experience in crisis intervention or a related field
  • Active licensure as a mental health professional in the state of Washington (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations

Estimated Salary: $82,045.93 - $99,955.48 per year, based on longevity at Frontier Behavioral Health, this position is eligible for added shift differential of 10.76% to the base pay above.
