About the Role:

We are seeking an Enterprise Client Solutions Leader to join our team at Optiv Security, Inc. This role will focus on strategic account management, driving revenue growth, and delivering comprehensive security solutions to clients in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, building relationships with key executives, and closing deals within assigned accounts.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and security needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions, including Solutions Architects, Client Operations Specialists, and services practices personnel.
  • Develop and manage multi-year strategic account management plans, aligned with client business goals and Optiv's security expertise.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline management, ensuring timely communication of sales performance to leadership.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the technology industry, with experience in product or services-based sales.
  • Ability to build and execute territory and account prospecting and expansion plans, exceeding assigned quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage cross-functional resources effectively and negotiate agreements.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with experience in sales presentations and negotiations.
  • History of achieving and exceeding sales targets and expectations.
