Welcome to Carmello's, a family-owned and operated restaurant in Historic Manassas. We're seeking a skilled Host/Hostess to join our team on weekend nights (Thursday-Sunday) at our patio/bar/bistro Monza. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first and last great impression for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. Key responsibilities include:

* Greeting guests with a smile and enthusiasm, and thanking them on their departure
* Managing reservations and assignments through OpenTable
* Answering phone calls using proper procedures
* Determining business levels to accommodate walk-in guests
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the foyer and restrooms
* Informing the kitchen and management of large parties or issues
* Providing exceptional service, including coat check and table setup

Requirements:

* Restaurant experience is preferred
