Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of analysts to deliver high-quality portfolio analytics and sensitivity analysis.
- Work with management to establish analytical priorities and ensure effective execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and credit risk function.
- Manage a team of analysts to ensure completion of reconciliation of analyzed data to available internal and external reporting.
- Document and present results of assigned analyses to management.
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Risk Management or Analytics in the Financial Services industry, and management role.
- Experience with Data manipulation and analytical software (SAS, SQL, Python, Netezza, Oracle, Tableau, PowerBI, Etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Credit Risk principles.
- Strong communication skills – interpersonal.
- Organization skills - Detail oriented.
- Experience in large financial institutions.
- Prior Credit Risk Experience.
- Prior experience leading a team.
