Senior Transactional Attorney

AgTexas Farm Credit Services, a leading agricultural lender with 43-county trade territory and $3.2 billion in total assets, seeks an experienced Senior Transactional Attorney to join its team.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and at least three years of transactional experience, preferably in loan documentation, farm credit system, and real estate law. Familiarity with the Farm Credit Act, Dodd-Frank regulations, and Microsoft Office applications is highly desired.

As a key member of our legal team, you will work closely with our General Counsel to protect association interests, provide counsel to personnel, and analyze complex legal issues. Your expertise will be crucial in reviewing loan transactions, title examination, and lien status for our members.

This role offers a competitive salary, estimated around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
