Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of Field-Based Maintenance Technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular site visits to identify and address maintenance concerns, including preventative maintenance and safety equipment inspections.
- Collaborate with store leaders to develop and implement maintenance plans that meet the needs of our customers and employees.
- Provide training and guidance to Field-Based Maintenance Technicians on maintenance best practices and procedures.
- Utilize the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document and track maintenance activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or completed coursework preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, with a focus on retail or commercial settings.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 100% of the time, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Active participation in a Motor Vehicle Background Check.
