Key Responsibilities- Assist in the installation of residential solar PV systems, including technical installation, customer service, and delivery.
- Maintain all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with crew members, homeowners, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of solar PV systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., electrical engineering, solar energy) preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., electrical work, construction, solar energy).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders to access roofs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
