Job Summary

The Dishwasher is a vital member of our culinary team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize all dishware, utensils, and equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and surrounding spaces, including floors, drains, and equipment.
  • Assist in the preparation and service of functions as needed, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are clean and ready for use.
  • Transport dishes to hot boxes and assist in the loading and unloading of dish carts.
  • Perform other supportive functions as determined by the supervisor, including cleaning kettles, tilt skillets, pots, and pans.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Dish Room experience preferred, but able to train.
  • Maricopa County food service worker card required.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with varying temperatures.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and push goods on a cart (max. weight up to 200 lbs.).
  • Ability to reach, lift, stoop, and stand on a continuous basis.
