Become a Behavioral Support Technician with BAYADA:
+ Receive fully PAID training to prepare for national certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), including exam reimbursement
+ Participate in up to 80 hours of classroom and hands-on training in applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy
Key Responsibilities:
+ Work directly with clients, adhering to established service plans.
+ Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and educational staff, respecting their values and beliefs.
+ Implement behavior therapy techniques and document interventions and progress towards goals.
+ Collect and analyze behavior data as outlined in client behavior plans.
+ Provide training and support to clients in acquiring and maintaining essential skills and achieving identified goals.
Qualifications:
+ Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain (training costs covered by BAYADA)
+ Minimum age of 18 years
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Preferred: One year of experience working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities
