  • Mobility Assistance: Help residents with mobility by transferring and positioning them safely, ensuring their comfort and safety.

Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably long-term care or assisted living, is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Compassion and Empathy: Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature essential.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Certifications: Must pass a background check.
