We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, and HCAs to join our team at Acti-Kare Responsive In Home Care. As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors by assisting them with daily activities, providing companionship, and enabling them to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes.
About the RoleAs a Caregiver/CNA/HCA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our clients, including assisting with ambulation and mobility, personal care, and light housekeeping duties. You will also be responsible for preparing meals, reporting any unusual incidents, and acting quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
Requirements- Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington - or proof of completion or current enrollment in training program
- Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English
- U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
- Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
- Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
- Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Physical endurance to complete required tasks
- Competitive Pay: $23 per hour for HCA and CNA caregivers
