Job Opportunity4th Generation Painting is a rapidly expanding residential painting company seeking skilled professionals to join our team of painters.

Key Responsibilities:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pass a background check and drug test
Collaborate effectively with team members
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Capacity to lift 50 pounds and work at heights
Adherence to safety protocols and company policies

Immediate Openings:

Journeyman Painter:
Minimum 10 years of experience in painting
Proficiency in preparation, brushing, rolling, and spraying
Experience with cutting in (straight lines) and patching/repairing drywall
Carpentry skills a plus
Knowledge of staining and clear coating
Pressure washing experience
High attention to detail and ability to meet production schedules
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Painter:
1-5 years of painting experience required
Proficiency in preparation, brushing, rolling, and spraying
Experience with cutting in (straight lines) and patching/repairing drywall
Desirable but not required: experience with spraying and pressure washing
Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Helper:
Masking and preparation experience a plus, but not required
Patching/repairing drywall experience a plus, but not required
Pressure washing experience a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $20-35 depending on experience
