Job Opportunity at 4th Generation Painting

We are a fast-growing, residential painting company seeking skilled professionals to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Pass a drug test and background check
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production schedules
  • Physical ability to carry 50lbs and work at heights

Job Titles:

  • Journeyman Painter: 10+ years of experience in painting, with proficiency in prepping, brushing, rolling, and spraying
  • Painter: 1-5 years of painting experience, with proficiency in prepping, brushing, rolling, and spraying
  • Helper: Masking and prepping experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Prep, brush, roll, and spray surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish
  • Cut in straight lines and patch/repair drywall as needed
  • Pressure wash surfaces and apply stains and clear coats
  • Work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members

Compensation:

$20-35 hourly, depending on experience
