TRANSCOM IGC Exercise Planner

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Military Officer to join our team as an Exercise Planner for the IGC program at TRANSCOM. The ideal candidate will have extensive operational experience supporting joint and service-level transportation, deployment, and logistics operations.

• Represent the IGC program on Joint Exercises at TRANSCOM
• Extract and utilize IGC data to inform, provide status, and predict movement of supplies, materials, people, and other assets
• Design exercise scenarios and assess exercise outcomes and participants' effectiveness executing decision-making for operational movement
• Document lessons learned to improve system data and user experience using the IGC solution
• Collaborate with senior military and executive leadership to brief on exercise outcomes and recommendations

• 12+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree
• Joint deployment experience
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to brief senior military and executive leadership
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Experience with all phases and steps of the Joint Operation Planning Process
