As a Senior Consultant specializing in M&A Environmental Compliance, you will leverage your expertise in environmental due diligence to support our expanding office and contribute to high-quality environmental solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and performing limited environmental compliance evaluations for complex industrial sites, while collaborating with transaction teams to address identified liabilities and assist clients with post-transaction integration.
Additional responsibilities may involve guiding clients in maintaining and achieving compliance with environmental regulations.
Your Role
In this capacity, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team across the Americas, working alongside professionals with varying levels of expertise, from entry-level staff to seasoned experts in their respective fields.
Our environment promotes continuous learning through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct environmental due diligence audits for industrial and commercial transactions, including standard Phase I ESAs in accordance with ASTM standards and customized reports tailored to client needs.
- Perform limited environmental compliance reviews for industrial facilities, primarily in select states.
- Prepare concise reports assessing potential environmental liabilities and compliance for manufacturing and commercial facilities.
- Provide general environmental compliance support across various regulatory areas, including hazardous waste, wastewater/stormwater discharges, air emissions, and chemical/spill prevention.
- Present findings in meetings and through written communications with project team members.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality standards for deliverables.

Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Environmental, Chemical, Geological Engineering, or related Environmental Science fields.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in environmental due diligence assessments and regulatory compliance for industrial and commercial facilities.
- A strong interest in environmental due diligence and compliance for industrial, commercial real estate, legal, and financial sector clients.
- Proficient technical skills with experience in writing technical reports.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
