About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at RSM Solutions, Inc. as a key member of our Sales Data team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and processes in PowerBI and SalesForce to provide actionable insights to our sales teams.
  • Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify operational gaps and develop solutions to optimize revenue generation across the entire revenue engine.
  • Data Integrity and Quality: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our sales data and reporting, providing support and guidance to internal teams as needed.
  • Business Acumen and Strategy: Work closely with our sales teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in PowerBI and DAX, with a strong background in data analysis and reporting. At least 2 years of experience with SalesForce, with a focus on reporting and analytics.
  • Skills: Solid business process modeling experience, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing data, including revenue projections, market analysis, and forecasting models. Proficiency in Excel and experience with workflow configurations and data modeling.
