Job Description

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Dispatcher to join our team of Auto Parts professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule deliveries and dispatch delivery drivers in a timely manner
  • Ensure accurate and efficient delivery of parts to customers
  • Map out routes for deliveries to optimize efficiency
  • Track and analyze delivery service quality using our Delivery Management System
  • Overcome delivery issues and provide effective solutions to customers
  • Handle cash returns from drivers and maintain accurate records
  • Inspect returned parts and cores and prepare them for return to the Distribution Center or manufacturer
  • Maintain the fleet to ensure vehicles are in safe and proper working order
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
  • Valid Driver's License

Pay: $17.25 per hour
