Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively oversee and optimize cloud infrastructure to guarantee high availability and performance.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, delivering exceptional technical support and service.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to facilitate user engagement with applications in a complex enterprise environment.
- Engage in application monitoring to identify and rectify performance or availability challenges.
- Continuously assess supporting application infrastructure to detect and report scalability and performance concerns.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for application support processes.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience in IT, emphasizing cloud operations and customer support.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.
- Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in delivering customer-centric technical support.
- Familiarity with Linux distributions (e.g., RedHat, CentOS).
- Understanding of DevOps practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and continuous integration tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Nexus).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
