Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000

This is a full-time, on-site role. Remote candidates will not be considered.

Experience in Digital Media is MANDATORY.

Experience with YouTube content is HIGHLY DESIRABLE.

We are in search of an Associate Producer to support a prominent YouTube creator with over 20 million subscribers across three channels. The video content encompasses a blend of family-oriented challenges and narrative-driven pieces. You will collaborate closely with a compact team throughout the stages of pre-production, production, and post-production. Organizational skills and a proactive approach are essential, as you will oversee the production workflow and ensure that all shoots are executed seamlessly. Responsibilities include scheduling shoots, managing locations, and acting as the primary contact for talent, including minors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing efficient shooting schedules that balance creative needs with operational efficiency.
  • Acting as the main contact for both adult and child talent, including distributing call sheets, scripts, wardrobe details, and on-set coordination.
  • Managing communications with vendors, locations, and rental services.
  • Creating an optimal on-set environment for freelancers and talent, particularly for child actors.
  • Serving as a central resource for each video project, utilizing this perspective to make informed decisions that support production objectives.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in Digital Media production is ESSENTIAL.
  • Experience in producing YouTube content is HIGHLY DESIRABLE.
  • EXCEPTIONAL ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS and professionalism are required. Attention to detail in communication and task management is critical.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership over responsibilities. Ability to find solutions and complete tasks independently.
  • Genuine passion for YouTube content creation.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Effective communicator, capable of collaborating across various departments (creative, art, talent).
  • Resourceful attitude with a commitment to producing high-quality content.
  • Creatively motivated.
