**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to equipment and facilities.
  • Collaborate with production and packaging teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair activities.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in maintenance and repair.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as engineering or maintenance management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a food processing or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of computer-aided maintenance management systems.

**Salary:** $58,500 - $70,000 per year.
