Private Duty Nurse RN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a leading national provider of home health services, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the way care is delivered to medically fragile children and adults.
Job Summary:
- Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care for patients in their homes.
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with healthcare teams.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as needed.
- Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner.
- Provide health education and training to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required.
- Follow up with physicians, patients, and families on client problems and concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
- CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
