About the role of Private Duty Registered Nurse at Quality Talent Group
We are seeking a motivated Private Duty Registered Nurse to provide one-to-one care to infants, children, and adolescents in a home environment. As a Private Duty Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for executing physician-prescribed plans of care and documenting care in a system of record.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, individualized care to patients in a home setting
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with healthcare teams
- Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease prevention
