Job Description

Health Haven Corp is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Pharmacy Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate Dispensing: Support pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Exceptional Service: Provide top-notch customer service by assisting patients with inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.

Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure medications are always available.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations, maintaining a secure working environment.

Record Keeping: Keep precise patient records and maintain pharmacy documentation accurately.

Insurance Support: Handle insurance claims processing and assist with reimbursement issues effectively.

Collaboration: Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Safety Protocols: Adhere to established safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a pharmacy technician training program is preferred.

Certification: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is preferred.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred.

Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in pharmacy management software, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
