Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of students.
- Manage a caseload of 17-20 students, prioritizing the development of effective communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Track and document student progress, utilizing data to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.
- Participate in IEP meetings and case management to ensure students receive the necessary support.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP license in Colorado.
- Experience in writing IEPs and case management is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
