Job Opportunity for Speech-Language Pathologist

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role involves working 24 hours per week with a manageable caseload of fewer than 20 students in grades K-5.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
  • Provide speech therapy services in individual and group settings.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance student outcomes.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to provide valuable insights on students' communication needs.
  • Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Colorado license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working with elementary school students is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Passion for helping students reach their full potential.
