BMW Sales Representative

Join Hendrick Automotive Group as a BMW Sales Consultant and be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in meeting and exceeding sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet customers, determine their vehicle needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Explain features and demonstrate the operation of vehicles in the showroom or on demonstration drives.
- Suggest optional equipment and accessories to enhance the customer's vehicle ownership experience.
- Compute and quote sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
- Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including sales slips or contracts.
- Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicles.
- Research availability of models and optional equipment.
- Engage in business development and maintain a strong understanding of the market and customer needs.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI scores.
- Participate in required training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Record all hours worked accurately in the company's timekeeping system.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations, and demonstrate the company's core values.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience desired.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn web applications for customer management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
- Regular and predictable attendance required, including evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
The Sales Consultant will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues in a dynamic and team-oriented setting. The position requires frequent movement around the company facilities and outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments.
