Job Title: BMW Sales Consultant

Join Hendrick Automotive Group as a BMW Sales Consultant and be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in meeting and exceeding sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers, determine their vehicle needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Explain features and demonstrate the operation of vehicles in the showroom or on demonstration drives.
  • Suggest optional equipment and accessories to enhance the customer's vehicle ownership experience.
  • Compute and quote sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
  • Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including sales slips or contracts.
  • Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicles.
  • Research availability of models and optional equipment.
  • Engage in business development and maintain a strong understanding of the market and customer needs.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI scores.
  • Participate in required training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Record all hours worked accurately in the company's timekeeping system.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations, and demonstrate the company's core values.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience desired.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn web applications for customer management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
  • Regular and predictable attendance required, including evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
Work Environment:

The Sales Consultant will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues in a dynamic and team-oriented setting. The position requires frequent movement around the company facilities and outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments.
