Primary Care Physician

Tandym Health is a leading healthcare provider in Washington, D.C., dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician with a background in Family Medicine to join our team.
About the OpportunityAs a Primary Care Physician at Tandym Health, you will play a vital role in managing a diverse patient panel, conducting routine check-ups, and providing comprehensive care. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure patients receive seamless, high-quality service.
Responsibilities- Manage a large patient panel with varying needs
- Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits, as well as occasional tele-health sessions
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers
- Participate in ongoing learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other educational programs
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and virtual clinical teams
- Perform in-office procedures and handle additional duties as needed
- Licensed to practice medicine in Washington, D.C.
- Completed an accredited Family Medicine residency program
- Prior experience practicing in an Outpatient Primary Care setting (at least 2 years)
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year
We offer a competitive salary of $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
