Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at One Medical, a pioneering healthcare organization dedicated to revolutionizing the way primary care is delivered. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and contribute to the advancement of healthcare.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting various types of visits, and collaborating with colleagues to provide exceptional care. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a passion for human-centered primary care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a patient panel with a broad range of needs and conditions
- Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits in-office or remotely
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices
Requirements:
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- At least 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care within the last 5 years
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year
- State licensed in Washington, D.C., obtained prior to start date
Benefits and Compensation:
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $244,000 to $260,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid sabbatical program, employee assistance program, and more.
