Job Title: Technology Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness to all business needs.
  • Respond to service calls generated by the Network Operations Center (NOC) and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Complete network assessments and ensure high-level customer satisfaction through end-user training and preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Provide consultative assistance for complex network issues and utilize sophisticated diagnostic tools to resolve equipment failures.
  • Assist in the development of associate-level employees and provide comprehensive technical support on advanced technologies.
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree in a technical (MIS, IT) program or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing, installing, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting network or telephony systems.
  • MCITP Enterprise Administrator or MCSE Certification required.
Work Environment:

As a Technology Service Technician, you will work in a general office environment with occasional travel to customer sites. You will be required to lift or move items weighing up to 60 pounds and have a valid state driver's license.
