The role of Construction Administration Manager at Olsson involves overseeing complex data center construction projects, managing quality assurance programs, and representing the owner's interests on-site.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and managing the quality assurance program at the project site
  • Reading and interpreting plans and specifications at various stages of a project
  • Initiating actions needed to keep construction progress on schedule
  • Solving on-site problems and situations regarding construction of the project and design modifications
  • Working in all types of terrain and weather conditions on project sites in various stages of construction
  • Identifying and avoiding potential hazards for workers and the public in and around project sites

This role may involve travel to the project site, with regular opportunities to return to a home base. Per diem allowances will be provided to support travel-related expenses.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 5 or more years' experience performing construction observation or administration
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and codes
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving history
  • Schedule flexibility
  • Management or supervisory experience preferred
  • American Concrete Institute (ACI) Field Grade 1, Nuclear Gauge Safety Training, and OSHA10 or OSHA30 preferred
  • Associate's degree in a construction-related field preferred

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits, including:
