Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Williamstown Commons. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility.
  • Assist residents with food intake and other needs, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Document all ADLs in the electronic health record, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Observe and report any changes in condition, symptoms, or reactions promptly.
  • Comply with all aspects of residents' rights, maintaining confidentiality and respect.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe, neat, and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
