Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department. As a Contract RN for ED, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced emergency setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an Acute Care hospital setting
  • 1 year of experience in the Emergency Department
  • CPR-Basic Life Support certification
