The Director of Patient Care Leadership assists in providing leadership to the Emergency and Intensive Care Services Departments, concerning leadership, clinical, financial, and human resources. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice in alignment with the organization's mission. The Director demonstrates critical thinking, technical skill, initiative, integrity, and compassionate nursing care.

The ideal candidate will have a B.A./B.S., an active California R.N. license, Healthcare Provider BLS upon hire, Healthcare Provider ACLS upon hire, PALS within 6 months of hire, and 1-2 years managerial experience preferred, as well as 5+ years clinical experience.

Strong analytical and grammatical skills are essential for effective verbal and written communication. Must be fluent in English and able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.

Pay range: $123,000.00 - $165,800.00 per year. Individual wages are determined based on qualifications and experience.
