Mental Health Specialist

About the Role:
Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Counselor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading groups under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and co-lead groups to support patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, visitors, coworkers, physicians, and other employees
- Meet the ergonomic standards and demands of the position
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- Previous experience as a Mental Health Counselor
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
