Perioperative Nurse Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Perioperative Nurse Director to lead our Acute Care team at Clinical Management Consultants.
About the Role: As a Perioperative Nurse Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of safe and effective nursing care to patients in the Operating Room, Short Stay Surgery, and PACU. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Leading and mentoring a team of nurses to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Managing and overseeing the budget for the Acute Care team
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
