About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to join our team at Southbridge Rehabilitation & Health Care Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall administration, clinical planning, development, marketing, and operations of our Rehabilitation program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the quality and appropriateness of patient care meets or exceeds company and industry standards.
  • Direct and assess the scheduling of patients/residents for therapy services.
  • Participate in team meetings to formulate treatment plans and discuss progress.
  • Review therapist documentation practices for clarity, conciseness, and consistency with patient outcome goals and payor expectations.
  • Maintain a clinical caseload as needed.
  • Generate and analyze financial, operational, and productivity reports.
  • Ensure weekly and monthly statistics, patient outcome data, and billing logs are accurate and complete.
  • Supervise program staff in daily program operations and clinical activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech/Language Pathology.
  • Current licensure by the Board of Allied Health Professions.
  • Two to four years of clinical experience.
  • One to two years of supervisory experience with multi-disciplines.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
