Your Impact:

As a Corporate RN Consultant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of care for our residents. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing resident-centered care plans while prioritizing exceptional customer service in every interaction. You will provide essential on-site staffing support, staff training, and clinical quality assurance to our Assisted Living Communities. Additionally, you will oversee the delivery and monitoring of high-quality clinical services in compliance with regulations and best practices.

Travel Requirements: This full-time role involves daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with travel commitments of 50%-70% to various locations.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse licensure, with a commitment to obtaining licenses in MN, WI, and IA.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in healthcare management, quality assurance, and staff development.
