Your Impact:

As a Corporate RN Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to significantly influence resident-centered care initiatives. Your role will prioritize exceptional customer service in every interaction. Responsibilities include providing on-site staffing support, conducting staff training, and ensuring clinical quality assurance/auditing for care teams within our Assisted Living Communities. You will oversee the delivery and assessment of high-quality clinical services to residents, adhering to regulations and established best practices. This position requires travel to various locations.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time role with daytime hours, Monday through Friday, requiring travel approximately 50%-70% of the time.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse licensure, with a commitment to obtaining licensure in additional states as needed.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in healthcare management, quality assurance, and staff development.
