We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Mass General Brigham in Belmont, Massachusetts.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. This role requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals and effective communication with patients, families, and support personnel.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on organizational and professional guidelines.
  • Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to promote patient progress and achievement of stated goals.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, revising treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Orient, train, and mentor therapy and healthcare students to achieve performance expectations.
  • Pursue opportunities for performance improvement and implement best practices within the department, organization, or network.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensure as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic math and computer science skills.
  • Appropriate knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques.
  • Safe execution of job responsibilities without risk to self or patients.

  • Ability to work independently and contribute as a member of a team.
