Lawn Care Specialist

At Spring-Green Lawn Care of Pasco, WA, we are seeking a skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our frontline, you will be responsible for ensuring proper lawn, tree, and pest applications are applied timely and safely.
Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service by performing all service calls and assigned estimates on a priority basis. You will also be responsible for educating and communicating with customers on the benefits of our services and how they can participate in maintaining their lawns and trees.
To succeed in this role, you must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and be able to lift 50-pound bags of fertilizer and maneuver a 400-foot spray hose.
We offer a competitive hourly rate, paid holidays, sick leave, and vacation time after one year of service. We also provide paid training to acquire pesticide licensing and encourage personal and professional growth within our company.
