Key Responsibilities- Shipping and Receiving: Mark parts according to customer specifications, create pack slips, box parts, and process shipments using various systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Warehouse Operations: Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience working in manufacturing and production, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Skills: Basic math ability, excellent proof-reading skills, and ability to work independently.
- Certifications: Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record and be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check.
The job is performed under reasonably good working conditions with some exposure to noise, temperature, and machinery.
