Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mission Integration Lead to join our team at V2X. As a key member of our Sensors & Advanced Solutions division, you will play a critical role in the success of our Sea Based X-Band (SBX) Radar Mission Integration (SBX-MI) program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning and execution of overseas mission operations, including vessel movements and shipyard planning.
  • Coordinate with Combatant Commanders, Commander Pacific Fleet, and the Missile Defense Agency to integrate and facilitate daily operations on SBX.
  • Lead the execution of test events, manage personnel and equipment, and ensure the overall asset management and operational tasking for SBX.
  • Supervise and manage a team of Mission Directors, NMC technicians, an Information Security Officer, a FSO, and a Logistics/Configuration Management Tech.
  • Support NORTHCOM, PACOM, and STRATCOM in detailed mission planning for theater-wide BMD and Integrated Air and Missile Defense operations in the PACOM AOR.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience working in an operational environment supporting military missions.
  • Active SECRET clearance.
  • Experience deconflicting schedules in a complex operating environment and working with multiple organizations.
  • Excellent written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience with proven results.
  • Experience working in a maritime environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience performing in a deployed remote work environment for extended periods of time.
Physical Requirements
  • Must not be hindered by motion sickness and must pass/maintain Maritime Medical Exam IAW CENTCOM Mod 15 requirements.
  • Must be able to balance, bend, lift up to 35 pounds, crouch, stretch, and kneel.
  • Must be able to climb up to 10 flights of stairs regularly.
  • Cannot be afraid of confined spaces.
  • Cannot be afraid of heights.

This position is contingent upon contract award and funding. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a $1K Signed Commitment Letter Bonus and a $15K Contract Award Bonus.
