Job Title: Capability Integrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Capability Integrator to join our team at Jacobs. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for directing and guiding data integration efforts within and across multiple directorates and workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs, plans, and guides data integration efforts to include intelligence collection, analysis, and targeting capabilities, plans, operations, exercises, training, logistics, and financial management.
  • Oversees content and knowledge management, analytic workflows, data ontologies/taxonomies, and dissemination of client production to optimize the analytic enterprise.
  • Maintains data definitions and documentation.
  • Leads integration of advanced analytic algorithms, artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, and other emerging capabilities to enhance analysis content and production.

Requirements:

  • TS/SCI clearance
  • BA/BS or MA/MS degree
  • 3-10 years of experience

Work Environment:

Generally an office environment with occasional travel required. Must be able to work well with co-workers, customer, and all levels of management.

Equipment and Machines:

Ability to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, printer, copy machine, telephone, and other equipment including desk supplies and other work-related tools as required.

Attendance:

Regular hours will be Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. Regular attendance of scheduled hours is extremely important, but not critical, except for deadlines and meetings.

Other Essential Functions:

  • Must demonstrate professional behavior at all times when dealing with customers, management, and co-workers.
  • Must have clear, concise, and accurate communications skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk to employees or others.

Salary Range:

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000.
