Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, both in person and over the phone, addressing inquiries or directing them as needed.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring appropriate follow-up and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary liaison for services and sales within the wellness center.
- Assist clients in navigating our services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our offerings, staff, and modalities to enhance client interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with staff and wellness center resources to optimize client experiences.
- Manage appointment scheduling to maximize efficiency for clients and providers.
- Ensure timely client arrivals by notifying providers and guiding clients to their designated services.
- Provide pre- and post-visit support, including refreshments and personalized service.
- Maintain client accounts with up-to-date personal and financial information while ensuring confidentiality.
- Adhere to operational policies and procedures, reporting any necessary changes.
- Foster positive relationships with all staff, contractors, and suppliers.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support overall operations.
- Manage inventory and supplies for the wellness center.
- Facilitate effective communication with clients regarding their services.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to interact with clients and staff with professionalism and tact.
- Capability to recommend services based on client needs and practitioner suggestions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with scheduling software.
- Basic math skills for financial transactions.
- Ability to follow through on tasks effectively.
- Experience in massage therapy is a plus, as it can enhance client offerings.
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the service industry preferred.
- Familiarity with office software and communication systems.
- A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Background in wellness modalities is advantageous.
- Experience in hospitality is beneficial but not required.
