As a certified WOC nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering clinical insights and educational resources to both internal teams and external clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our clinical messaging and supporting our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent Coloplast as a Clinical Authority

  • Maintain and enhance professional credentials through ongoing education and board certification in urology or rehabilitation nursing.
  • Collaborate with marketing and medical affairs to create educational programs tailored for diverse audiences, including live and virtual formats.
  • Participate in national and regional conferences, engaging with key stakeholders and sharing insights with leadership.
  • Build and nurture relationships with industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and subject matter experts (SMEs) to advocate for Coloplast and gather feedback on potential innovations.
  • Contribute to professional publications aimed at both practitioners and end-users.

Development of Marketing Programs:

  • Work alongside marketing teams to design clinical education initiatives for a variety of audiences.
  • Equip Coloplast staff with the necessary clinical evidence to effectively communicate our brand message.

Support for Sales Teams:

  • Align educational initiatives with key sales strategies to drive business success.
  • Optimize clinical resources to enhance the overall performance of business units.
  • Provide clinical insights for strategic planning and educational efforts related to key accounts.
  • Oversee the development of clinical training materials for onboarding new team members.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical environment focusing on urological care for adults and/or children.
  • Previous experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel domestically, approximately 50% - 70% annually.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong clinical knowledge and experience in urological or rehabilitation nursing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret clinical research effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Capacity to adapt training materials for various audiences.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
