The estimated annual salary for this position is $37,440 based on an hourly wage of $18 plus commission.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for:

  • Selling property benefits and leasing properties to prospective residents.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring resident satisfaction.
  • Managing phone calls and responding to inquiries from customers, residents, and vendors.
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Inspecting properties, reporting maintenance needs, and assisting with other apartment management functions.
