Overview

We are in search of a Legal Administrator to enhance our team. The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously. In this role, you will be tasked with reviewing case files, drafting correspondence, and facilitating payment arrangements with property owners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate assigned case files to determine necessary actions
  2. Draft and send correspondence within designated timelines
  3. Adhere to office protocols and client specifications
  4. Respond to inquiries from property owners and negotiate payment options
  5. Maintain regular attendance
  6. Perform additional duties as required
Required Qualifications

Education and Experience
  • B.A/B.S degree is mandatory
  • 1-3 years of experience in collections is required if no degree is held
Physical Requirements

This position involves regular walking, sitting, and talking, with occasional lifting. Vision capabilities and the ability to adjust focus are necessary. The work environment typically maintains a moderate noise level.
