  • Lead interdisciplinary consulting teams in complex projects and transformation programs, contributing to the strategic direction of our clients in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector.
  • Advise international companies on their most important challenges, such as strategic, organizational, or operational realignments, as well as the integration or separation of business units.
  • Support the development of junior team members through productive feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Build long-term client relationships, drive existing and new offerings, and take responsibility for proposal creation.
  • Contribute to the growth of our rapidly expanding consulting department.
Requirements
  • A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Natural Sciences, preferably complemented by an MBA or PhD.
  • At least 7 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on companies and/or providers in the healthcare industry - both in the conception and planning of strategic and organizational realignments (e.g. consolidation, merger, separation of business units) and their implementation.
  • Analytical skills, as well as a precise and pragmatic approach to work.
  • An empathetic and successful leader with clear goals and an entrepreneurial mindset, as well as intrinsic motivation to develop employees and teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
