About the Role:

  • This role requires a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying predictive models to drive strategic decision-making and measurable impact.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving innovation through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy machine learning and deep learning models in a production environment.
  • Design and execute A/B testing and Multi-Armed Bandits based experimentation.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, IT, and other technical teams to onboard new data sources, create feature stores, and optimize/automate model development and deployment processes.
  • Develop complex and efficient SQL code and leverage Exploratory Data Analysis techniques to develop insights from billions of transactional records at the Retail Pharmacy.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and deep learning frameworks.
  • Strong experience with deployment of machine learning and deep learning models in production.
  • Strong experience with cloud-based ML frameworks (either AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong proficiency with Python and SQL.
  • Strong proficiency with GitHub and MLOps.
