Key Responsibilities

As a Data Scientist within our Consumer Analytics team, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing predictive models to identify high-risk members. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to design and execute A/B tests and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze large datasets and inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant analytic experience and a passion for using data to drive decision-making.

The Responsibilities of this role include:
  • Developing and implementing predictive models to identify high-risk members.
  • Designing and executing A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of different interventions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze large datasets and inform business decisions.


What We Offer

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $72,100 - $173,040 per year. In addition to your base pay, you'll be eligible for a bonus or commission program based on individual performance. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan and employee stock purchase plan.
